Introduction

The insulating oil Envirotemp ® FR3 is made of edible vegetable oil and food grade performance enhancing additives. This insulating oil does not contain any petroleum, halogen, silicone or any other suspicious materials, and can be rapidly and thoroughly biodegradable in soil and aquatic environment. The aquatic toxicity test shows that the insulating oil has no toxicity. The insulating oil is green, fully demonstrating its environmental protection features. Therefore, according the characteristic of this type insulation oil, HOPU engineers developed ZYD-V Series FR3 Vegetable Insulation Transformer Oil Purifier for re-usage of oil, energy saving cost.

it is an upgraded product of ZYD series Vacuum transformer oil purifier, installed with special filter element,and anti acid steel material for the machine body to protect the fire resistant vegetable transformer oil,it can meet the request of high quality transformer maintenance and repair work.

 

Application

It is designed for purifying used or aged transformer oil, FR3 Vegetable Oil,FR3 fire-resistant green dielectric liquids,Silicon Oil, switchgear oil and different insulating oils. It is also used for purifying insulation oil in all kinds of large power equipments,which are above 110KV, and 500 meters altitude

 

The system can remove the free water, soluble water, big and small size particles, impurity,gas, acid,free carbon (polarity material) , increasing the pressure force and quality of oil, improving the breakdown voltage value, making the transformers and electric device running safely.

 

It is very suitable for small and medium-sized substations installed on transmission lines and base platforms, transformers located at plants and factories, specializing in the production of food products and pharmaceuticals,transformer of the marine drilling platform, power distribution system, power grid and various companies which need to install and maintain transformers.

FR3  Vegetable Insulation Oil  Purifier Working Principle

When the oil filter is working, the oil enters the primary filter through the inlet under the effect of the internal and external pressure difference, and the large particle impurities are filtered out. The oil enters the special personalized vacuum separator after multistage infrared heating. The mist is formed in the vacuum separator first, and then the film is formed, so that its contact area in the vacuum is expanded to hundreds of times of the original. The water in the oil is in high heat, high vacuum, and large surface, Rapid vaporization is obtained at high pumping speed and discharged by the vacuum system.

The water vapor discharged from the upper part of the vacuum separator will first be cooled and dehumidified by the condenser, and then enter the cooler for cooling again. The condensate will be discharged into the water reservoir, and the gas after twice condensation and dehumidification will finally be discharged into the air by the vacuum pump.

The dry oil in the vacuum separator after vacuum vaporization and dehydration is raised from negative pressure to positive pressure by the oil transfer pump. After filtration, the clean oil is discharged from the oil outlet to complete the whole oil purification process.

 

Vacuum Oil Purifier Operation Steps

 

1. Before starting the oil filter, set the vacuum degree and control temperature. The vacuum degree of the electric contact vacuum gauge is set between -0.07 and 0.09 Mpa according to the different altitude of the place. The temperature of the temperature controller is generally set at 45~65 ℃.

 

2. Open the valve on the intake pipe of the vacuum pump, start the vacuum pump, and observe the rise of vacuum degree.

 

3. When the vacuum degree reaches the set vacuum degree, the electrical contact is on; The oil inlet solenoid valve is automatically opened, i.e. the oil inlet is started, and the heater is put into use at the same time. (Note: the use of the heater is controlled by the set value of the temperature controller and the two-way control of the oil inlet solenoid valve, that is, the heater can only be put into use when both conditions are met.)

 

4. After the oil enters the vacuum tank, when the oil level reaches the lower limit height of the infrared automatic oil level controller on the oil level gauge, the internal relay contact of the infrared automatic oil level controller is connected, the oil outlet solenoid valve is automatically opened, and the oil pump is automatically opened, and the oil outlet begins to discharge;

If the oil level exceeds the upper limit of the infrared oil level automatic control instrument on the oil level gauge, the oil inlet solenoid valve will automatically close and stop the oil inlet, so as to avoid oil leakage from the vacuum tank; If the oil level is lower than the lower limit of the infrared oil level automatic control instrument on the oil level gauge, the oil pump will automatically stop draining oil. So as to ensure the automatic control of the whole oil filtering process.

 

5. After the machine works normally and the oil circulates several times, the sample can be taken from the sampling port for testing.

 

Live Working of Transformers

 

1. Prepare qualified oil of 5~6% of the transformer oil load and put it next to the oil filter;

2. The oil drain valve port at the bottom of the transformer shall match the oil inlet pipe of the oil filter. If not, remove and re-weld one oil outlet pipe;

3. The oil filter shall be equipped with 1/2 qualified oil (pressure value ≥ 50KV) from the vacuum tank oil gauge;

4. Open the conservator cover of the transformer, insert the oil outlet pipe of the oil filter under the oil level on the conservator, and then seal the conservator cover with clean filter paper or film;

5. Insert the oil inlet pipe of the oil filter into the oil barrel with qualified oil;

6. Open the oil drain valve at the bottom of the transformer and drain 3~5% of the oil of the transformer (the 3~5% oil is mainly impurities and water, which should be connected and discharged separately);

7. At the same time of step 6, the oil filter shall be set to high vacuum (not less than -0.09MPa), and the oil level of the transformer conservator shall be replenished immediately;

8. After the drain valve at the bottom of the transformer discharges 3~5% of "waste oil", connect the oil inlet pipe of the oil filter to the drain valve;

9. At this time, the oil filter can work normally.

 

Special precautions

First, live work must be carried out in sunny days

Second, the connection of oil inlet and outlet pipes must be conducted under the on-site command of the power engineer

Third, the oil filter must have good performance (heating function, vacuum function, filtering system) before live working
